Shanaze Reade

I began my career at the age of 10 on the BMX track in Crewe and by the age of 17, I was Britain’s number one women’s rider. Since then, most of my life has been spent eating, sleeping and breathing training. The more I trained, the better I knew I could be. My career saw me win 5 BMX world titles and 2 Track World Championships.


Coaches have always played a huge role in my life and career. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to learn from some of the best Personal Trainers and Cycling Coaches that the world has to offer and I too, have always had a passion for coaching. When I retired from professional cycling in early 2017, I knew this was the only route for me.  


I am qualified in both Personal Training and Cycling, and my aim is to use my knowledge and experience to help others reach their goals. Whether you want to simply make some lifestyle changes and get fit or you want to be the next world champion, I can support you on your journey.  



Shanaze Reade Coaching & Performance offers a variety of sessions for different athletic levels and training needs. You may be looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, or simply just to get fit. Whatever you need, you can find the support and resources you need right here. I personally consult with every single client to understand each one’s unique goals.



From £50 per hour

I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level. If you're an athlete looking to boost your performance or you're a gym newbie, we'll sit down and work out a training plan that suits you. With measurable improvements during each session, you'll see results in no time.


From £15 per rider

I developed my unique Club Sessions from drills and lessons used by some of the worlds most elite athletes. For riders of all ages and experience levels, these sessions are fun but will also push you to reach a new goal and new heights.


From £50 per month

If you can't make it to a Club Session or Personal Training Session but are interested in coaching, my Online Coaching Plans are a great choice to improve your athletic or cycling performance. You can achieve your goals through a strategic mix of theoretical lessons, practical sessions and nutritional advice. Choose a package that suits your needs.
